history of the thyne building
This exhibition of 5 x panels was commissioned to chronicle the detailed and rich history of the Thyne Building from 1908 as one of the original breweries in Launceston; a naval army reserve building; it's longest usage: the woollen mills of the Thyne Brothers; the Tasmanian School of Art; to 2000 where it housed the Australian School of Fine Furniture.
